Springco offers value added services in addition to our coating and plating capabilities. These services enable our customer to complete an order for shipment to their customers at lower overall costs to them.


 Capabilities  

Our value added services include

• Drop Shipping – Springco final inspects your finished product for direct ship to your customer.
• Lab Testing – Springco performs lab tests such as salt spray testing, adhesion testing, mandrel bend testing, impact testing, etc.
• Labeling – Springco can apply labels, tags, or identification paint to meet customer requirements.
• Part Cleaning – Removal of dirt or oil for parts that do not require coating or plating.
• Re-packing, Sorting - Springco offers this service at lower labor costs to our customers.
• Special Packaging - Springco can package parts to any customer requirement or specification. We work with our customer to develop packaging ideas that meet the needs of their customers.
• Sub-Assembly – Springco can provide some after coating services such as machining, masking, secondary assembly operations, stickers, sleeves, applying rubber components, etc.
