Springco's second line is a 20,000 gallon e-coat system which has a coating window of 84" x 96" x 26" for coating large parts such as hoods, fenders, bumpers, hitches, wheel rims, springs, etc. This system allows for very competitive pricing and offers unique capabilities to e-coat and powder top coat on the same line resulting in cost savings, as the parts only have to be hung one time.

In addition, Springco had added two more electrocoating facilities (see About Us) to enhance our capabilities and capacity. Three facilities, four electrocoating systems offer flexible options for "just in time" requirements.
